One may find them in mines, in quarries, in the forests and mountains, in a shop, or disguised as a gift. It seems that since our lives are so busy, many of us have only the time to "find" crystals in shops. This is certainly a great way to exchange the energy, which you have given in acquiring your money, for the energy that the crystal has accumulated in making its way to you. The crystals you "find" in shops have been exposed to, and in some cases have acquired, the positive energies of the miner, the buyer, the importer, and the various forms of transportation which were utilized in order to reach the seller. Using the "first impression" method to "find" your crystal in a shop is excellent: At other times, one may be drawn to a particular crystal without knowing the reason. This crystal has "found" you and wants to be with you [at least for the present]. Meditation may provide the answer with respect to its purpose in sharing your life. The crystal could, however, be for someone else [even someone you have not yet met], and you can facilitate that person having the crystal by buying it and by remaining as its Earth-keeper until the "right" time occurs and it may be presented to the "right person". If one is choosing crystals for a specific purpose [e.g, healing, meditation purpose can be held in the mind and/or projected to the crystal. openness, to which crystal[s] responds, is necessary. Some people will actually sense an energy response from a certain crystal. The energy response can take the form of, for example, a flash of light, a vibration, a resonance, a tingling sensation, a euphoric awareness or even the sense of the crystal jumping up and down and saying "take me! take me! with you". Another method is to close the eyes, visualize the person for whom the crystal is being chosen, and, upon opening the eyes, be aware of which crystal responds. "Attraction" is the key word; when personal attraction is over, personal need is over. When you are "finished" with a certain crystal in your life, the universal consciousness will facilitate the presence of the new Earth-keeper and will draw that person to you. Dedication

consciously "willing" that the used only in love, in light, and for the good of all.
